Living in A City with a kitchen the size of a cubicle?
Same. I get it.
Having grown up in the suburbs of Delaware before moving to NYC, I’ll be the first to admit that living in a tiny apartment poses some challenges.
Like, how the heck does one prepare a meal in a cubicle sized kitchen?
Well, I’ve figured it out.
We’ll decrease the number of dishes used. We’ll be cognizant of the lack of counter space. We won’t pretend to make every item from scratch. (Guys, it’s okay to use boxed brownie mix.)
